Office Hours

The office is open four days a week with extended hours so you can fit dental care around work, school, and family. Our office on Commonwealth Drive is closed Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. For urgent dental needs during the week, same-day emergency slots are held open in your schedule every day.

Same-Day Emergencies

Dental pain doesn’t wait, and neither will we. If you’re in severe discomfort, have a knocked-out tooth, a broken crown, or swelling that’s worrying you, call us first thing in the morning. Same-day emergency slots are held open for existing and new patients across Charlottesville and Albemarle County every day the office is open. Give us a call right away at 434-973-5873.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is held for you when you book an appointment, so we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. That gives another patient a chance to take the slot. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Life happens — if something comes up at the last minute, just give us a call and we’ll work with you.

You’ll get text, email, and phone reminders in the days leading up to your visit. Just let us know at booking which you prefer. You can confirm or reschedule right from the text or email link — no need to call in.
